Friends ye pata karne ke liye aapko sabse pehle apne keyword ko google pe double quotes ( "keyword" ) me search karna hai aur ye dekhna hai ki aapka competition kitni websites se hai. 

HOW TO CHECK KEYWORD DENSITY

Low Competition         =     1.2%       =      0 - 20,000

Medium Competition   =     1.5%      =       20,000 - 50,000

High Competition        =      1.8%      =       50,000 - above

Agar aapko result 0 - 20,000 tak milta hai to aapka compitition Low hai.

Agar aapko result 20,000 - 50,000 tak milta hai to aapka compitition Medium hai.

Agar aapko result 50,000 - above milta hai to aapka compitition High hai.

Formula:-   Numbers of words in your article, divided by 100, multiple by competition %

Example:-   3000 words article / 100 X 1.5% = 45 times.

So, you should use your keyword 45 times in your article.

If your article contains 3080 words so you can add 2 times more keywords (45+2= 47 times) but not more than 47 times.
